Sleep.... a solution for a healthy breakthrough.

Scientists are discovering that sleep is far more critical to human health than previously believed. Sleep deprivation has been linked to problems such as diabetes and heart disease. Lesley Stahl reports in two 13 minute segments on "60 Minutes".

Some amazing studies that are challenging our conventional beliefs and understanding about the human body and the importance of sleep. Sometimes its the simple things like a good night's sleep that make all the difference to the quality of our life.
